Meet Tamieko G. Rogers, LPC

I am a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor providing therapy, ADHD assessment support, and workplace behavioral health services for adolescents and adults across Texas. My approach is structured, practical, and focused on helping clients improve daily functioning, emotional wellness, and overall quality of life.

Since becoming licensed in 2018, I have worked in outpatient behavioral health, school-based mental health, and community settings supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD/executive functioning challenges, trauma-related symptoms, life transitions, and workplace stress. My clinical work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

In addition to my counseling background, I bring over 13 years of experience as a Qualified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (QVRC) and approximately 10 years of case management experience supporting individuals with workplace, disability, educational, and functional challenges. This unique background allows me to help clients not only address emotional symptoms, but also navigate real-world concerns involving school, work performance, stress, leave of absence needs, and return-to-work planning.

I have experience working with adolescents, adults, professionals, and families in educational, vocational rehabilitation, and behavioral health settings, including previous work supporting students and families within Texas school districts and community-based programs.

Areas of focus include:

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression and mood-related concerns

  • Workplace stress, burnout, and occupational functioning

  • Leave of absence (LOA) and return-to-work support

  • Emotional regulation and coping skill development

  • Adolescents and young adults navigating transitions and academic stress

My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel understood while also receiving practical tools and structured support to create meaningful progress in daily life.
